Fund Your Investment

Fund your investment via traditional wire transfer or cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, USDT, and other major digital assets. International investors are welcome. Funds are held in secure escrow until closing.

Close & Receive Ownership

Upon closing, you receive up to 25% minority ownership interest in the newly constructed single family home. The buyer pays a 3–5% fee to assume the construction-to-perm mortgage from Reine Properties LLC. All legal documents are filed and recorded. You become a legal owner with a fixed-rate, long-term income stream.
