Stephen Smith is the Founder and CEO of Reine Properties LLC — a native of Dallas, Texas with over 20 years of real estate experience. Stephen has spent his career using creative financing to secure capital for real estate projects, building a reputation for finding solutions where traditional lenders can't.
Stephen has mainly focused on the medical industry, because accessible medical facilities are such a needed service in America. He believes placing affordable medical facilities helps the community — which is why the firm's model is built around giving doctors and patients better, more affordable space.
